Gardens, Pre-Radars and anamorphic benches
WHAT THE CITY HAS TO SAY TO THOSE WHO LISTEN TO IT:
Two types of permanent listening installations were developed and implemented with the company and workers from Tirana.
At the entrance to the Museum, the existing garden, now covered with a meadow of convallaria japonica, invites people to explore the sounds of the city through these pre-radar devices.
Upon leaving the Museum, after an immersive and emotional experience, everyone can calmly collect their thoughts by sitting on two 15 meter long benches positioned in the courtyard behind the house. These objects are the result of research work we are carrying out on anamorphic distortion processes in 3D.
Designed according to the visitor's visual spectrum, these colorful benches are a pleasant distraction. Only by moving around can everyone discover that only from a precise point, marked by a small seat in red resin, the two figures placed diagonally in space are recomposed in our visual perception into a single figure, a listening headset, an iconic image of listening and symbol of the Museum.
